Orders & payment
Pick your design, choose colour and size, add it to your cart and check out. You can check out as a guest – no account needed. Your order confirmation arrives by email right away.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal – we never see or store your card details.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). If you pay in another currency, your bank or card provider converts the amount at its current rate.
Enter your code in the discount field at checkout – not in the cart – and click Apply. One code per order; codes can't be combined. If a code doesn't work, check the spelling and whether it has expired, or email us and we'll take a look.
Join our newsletter and we'll send you a 10 % welcome code for your first order. Beyond that, our prices stay honest all year – no fake sales.
Every piece is printed just for you, so production starts soon after you order. Email hello@bykapwa.com with your order number as quickly as you can – if production hasn't started yet, we'll change or cancel it for you. Once your piece is in production, we can no longer cancel it.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, email us with the name and email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
Shipping & delivery
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Philippines, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand – every order is tracked. More countries are coming; if yours isn't listed yet, write us at hello@bykapwa.com.
Made to order means we print after you order, not before. Count on:
- Production: 3–7 business days
- Shipping to the USA: about 5–7 business days
- Shipping to Europe, the UK, the Middle East and the rest of the world: about 10–15 business days
Most orders arrive well within that window; customs and public holidays can add a few days.
Shipping is calculated by weight and destination, and you'll always see the exact amount at checkout before you pay. As a guide, for tracked standard shipping (in US dollars):
- United States: a tee about $5 · a hoodie about $11
- United Kingdom: a tee about $4 · a hoodie about $8
- Canada: a tee about $6 · a hoodie about $12
- Germany: a tee about $10 · a hoodie about $14
- Philippines: a tee about $4.50 · a hoodie about $10
Ordering several pieces together works out cheaper per item: a second tee in the same parcel adds only about $1.50–2.50.
Yes. As soon as your parcel ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. The first tracking update can take 1–3 business days to appear.
The first update can take 1–3 business days. If nothing has changed for 7 business days, or your parcel is past the estimated delivery window, email hello@bykapwa.com with your order number and we'll check with the carrier. If a parcel is lost in transit, let us know within 7 days after the estimated delivery date and we'll sort it out.
Email hello@bykapwa.com with your order number straight away. If your parcel hasn't shipped yet, we'll correct the address. Once it's on its way, contact the carrier via your tracking link to redirect it. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll refund you or resend it – your choice.
Depending on your country, customs fees, import duties or local taxes may be charged on delivery. These are set by your country, aren't included in our prices and are paid by the customer.
Sizing & fit
All our tees and hoodies have an oversized unisex fit with drop shoulders – relaxed, not skin-tight. Every product page has a size chart in cm and inches.
Lay a favourite tee or hoodie flat, measure it and compare with the size chart on the product page – that's more reliable than your usual letter size. Between two sizes or unsure? Go one size up. Still not sure? Email us before you order, we're happy to help.
We don't offer direct exchanges, because every piece is printed to order. Simply place a new order for the size you need. If your item is faulty, we'll of course replace it free of charge.
Returns & refunds
We're sorry – let's fix it. Email hello@bykapwa.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos. In most cases you don't need to send anything back: we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Sorry about that. Email hello@bykapwa.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct or missing piece free of charge – no need to return anything.
Because each piece is printed just for you, we can't resell returned items. That's why we accept returns of correctly produced items only where the law requires it. Customers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal (see our Refund Policy). If you're unsure about size or colour, ask us before ordering.
Email us within 14 days of receiving your order and tell us you wish to withdraw – order number and name are enough. We'll send you the return address. Send the item back unworn and unwashed within 14 days at your own cost, and we refund the full purchase price including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving it.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we've confirmed it, allow up to 15 business days for your bank or card provider to show it. If it hasn't arrived by then, email us and we'll trace it.
Product & care
Tees: premium cotton blend (73 % cotton / 27 % Sorona®), 240 g/m² – soft, breathable, with a cooling touch. Hoodies: thick 85 % cotton / 15 % polyester fleece, 460 g/m² – heavyweight, warm and slightly stretchy, with a spacious hood and front pocket.
Machine wash cold (30 °C), inside out, then tumble dry low or hang dry. No bleach, and never iron directly on the print. Treated like that, the print stays sharp for years.
Every tee and hoodie is printed after you order it. That's why delivery takes a little longer than off-the-shelf – and why nothing is overproduced or thrown away.
We do our best to show colours accurately, but every screen is different. Expect small variations between the photos and the real garment.
